Check In

To enable a stress-free check in to and from Dili, ensure you have sufficient time for check-in by arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to departure time.

Check in counters at Dili are open from 11:30 noon and will close 30 minutes prior to aircraft arrival at Dili Airport or at 13:40 hrs.

Check in counters at Singapore are open from 07:00 a.m. local time and will close 40 minutes prior to deaprture time or at 08:40 hrs. The boarding gate will close 10 minutes prior to departure time. Check in counter in Singapore is at Terminal 2, Row 10, counter 10-11.

The flight arriving and departing on time is very important to us and to all of our customers.

At Changi International Airport, Singapore :

Please ensure that you are at the boarding gate no later than 15 minutes prior to departure time. The departure gate will close 10 minutes to departure time and no boarding calls will be made. If you are not at the boarding gate by this time, you will miss your flight to Christmas Island.

Check list for check in :

• Your current passport with a minimum of 6 months validity
• Valid Travel documents i.e. airline ticket / e-ticket / travel itineraries
• Visa, if required
• No liquid, aerosols or gels with a capacity of 100ml or greater in carry-on baggage.
